Development

The development arm of my business focuses on acquiring, improving and operating real estate investment properties. Over the course of my career I have personally bought and sold more than 50 properties with a particular focus on residential multifamily.

Consultant

As a real estate investment and development consultant I assist clients with project capitalization; coordinate due diligence, underwriting, and management; and structure real estate development partnerships for qualified participants.

I also serve as an owner’s representative and project manager for construction projects.
