John Jacob Jingleheimer Schmidt

My full name is a little bit of a mouthful – Johnathan Tucker Livingston Bullier – but to most people, I go by either John, J.T., or Tucker. I am real-estate broker, developer, and consultant based in Portland, Oregon.

I grew up in Southwest Portland and studied business and mandarin chinese at the University of Oregon. At my first job out of high school I worked at a real estate development firm based in Vancouver and when I entered into college I did so with an interest in real estate investment. During my senior year I got my real estate brokers license, bought my first house, and by 30 I had acquired a portfolio of 25 properties, all the while helping clients realize similar real estate investment goals.

My guiding philosophy is to create value for clients through education, attention to detail, and stewardship. I strive to view the world from my clients point of view and deliver uncompromising results.

After 5 years of dating, I married my wife in 2024 in Park City, Utah. She is in medical school at OHSU and we currently live with our two dogs in a 1905 Colonial-Revival style home in the Goose Hollow neighborhood of Portland, Oregon.
