Do you work with regular residential home buyers and sellers, or just commercial investors?
Yes, I work with regular home buyers and sellers in addition to working with investors. Working with both types of clients gives me added perspective that is helpful for everyone.
What are your thoughts on the National Association of Realtors rule change?
I think it will end up being great for our industry once it becomes more established and widely understood by buyers and sellers. I am still finding that many buyers are unfamiliar with the rule change. In the past, buyers were accustomed to requesting to view a home with a broker without signing a representation agreement, which is now a violation of NAR rules. Yes. A significant portion of my work involves direct outreach and private sourcing, especially for clients seeking property types or neighborhoods.
Do you work with new investors or only experienced developers?
Both. I understand that everyone starts somewhere and have helped many first time investor grow meaningful real estate investment portfolios. I have also helped established developers expand and diversify their portfolios.
