Real Estate Development
Camas View is a 21-unit attainable housing project located in southwest Washington. I am the General Partner for the development group as well as the listing agent for the newly created homes. Through the Camas View project we created many of the most affordable houses that have sold in Camas in the last 5 years while also creating meaningful employment opportunities for minority owned businesses and women in the trades.

Tenant Representation
After 12-months of searching for the perfect space for a new location, I helped Sportslab, a local sports rehab and conditioning clinic, sign a 10-year lease on a recently renovated 7,000sf office space in the Lloyd District of Portland. We were able to negotiate compelling lease terms and after 9 months of construction the Sportslab Team was finally home.

Flower Street is a triplex I helped an owner occupant investor purchase in 2021. I sourced the property off market. At the time of purchase the property appraised for $800,000 and my client closed on it at $565,000. With single level living, the layout of the property will allow the buyer to age-in-place while supplementing their retirement income with the income from the two units they are renting out.
